Success Story down 64lbs!!!!

I was so ispired by everyone here at MFP that I decided to share my own success story! :)

Before: Summer 2009, weight 185lbs, height 5, 7"

During: Summer 2010, weight 175lbs

After: January 2011, weight 120lbs. Its hard to see the diff with the long rain coat, but you get the idea!

    Kilo--change your "IMG"s to "img"s and the pics should post :)

    *They are there now--WOW!!! What a fab change :noway: Even with the long rain coat, you look like a completely different person!

    :blushing: Thanks everyone!!! It was all through diet and exercise!!! I lost most of it by myself before I discovered MFP. MFP has helped me with my eating as now I am trying to maintain!!!! And I love everyone's success stories, they are so inspirational!

    Congrats! It's a huge difference! My joints don't hurt anymore, horse back riding does a number on the knees/hips and loosing that much weight has taken such a load off!
