PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW MANY PATTIES YOUR VERSION MADE. THANKS!!0 -
Canned tuna is something to avoid. It has very high levels of mercury which gets absorbed but not flushed from your body. It actually collects in your brain. High levels of heavy metals in the brain has been linked with Alzheimer's and Autism. Canned tuna also has high levels of BPA which leaches from the can lining. BPA causes several health problems including reproductive problems.
Canned tuna is fine in moderation. My wife even ate a little each month while she was pregnant with our twins.0 -

These are great!! We made these last week and it made about 10-12 small patties. We each had about 4 patties and had 4 left. We used the Special K crackers and they were really good. I did make some mayo-lemon juice-fresh dill sauce to have with them too.0

Yum! I like salmon cakes too but haven't eaten them in many years. I've heard crab cakes are good too.0
