Curbed a craving

Skipped breakfast, ate lunch but got hungry again so I at a serving of walnuts.....totally got rid of my craving and feel satisfied.

don't think I could ever skip breakfast. lol,my favorite meal of the day-that along with the other 2. :P0

Eating a little bit of healthy fat, like the fat in walnuts really helps to stop a craving.

If I don't get breakfast, or a filling breakfast, I will want to snack all day long. I have to eat breakfast.0
