30 Day shred...

I'll be starting the 30 day shred soon and was wondering if anyone had and tips for me before I start it.

    do your measurements before you start so you can see your progress
  • I started the 30day shred level 1 today :)

    Tip(s): just try your best! lt will be intense at first but you will soon get used to it. l would do 10 days of level 1, 10 days of level 2 and 10 days of level 3 so it equals to 30 days and hopefully results will be seen throughout those :) Best of all, it only last around 25minutes per level so you will be getting results as well as working out for less than one hour!

  • wear tennis shoes ALWAYS, and make sure your knees are in the right positions while doing squats!

    Take a before and after photo and do measurements.

    Also, DON'T QUIT!!! It's gonna be hard. And the jumping jacks are insane BUT by day 10 you will be able to do it. Try your best and keep with the 25 minutes. It's worth it. And remember that your diet should still consist of healthy foods to see the best results. Good luck! You're gonna be great!
