work out when its a good time for you, it doesnt matter when you work out. Most days I work out at night after dinner, but some weekends or when im home with nothing to do, i work out during the day also0

Dr. Oz recommends:
best time to weigh in: early morning, after finishing "number 1 and number 2" (his words, lol) in the bathroom
best time to work out: early morning, before breakfast (after 2 glasses of water).
best time for breakfast: after the workout, etc.0 -
Whenever you are most likely to do it on a regular basis.0

There's not a best time. You exercise when you can, when you want. I don't like to exercise in the morning. I just can't do it. I exercise at night and during the afternoons on the weekend.0

ive heard alot the morning is better, but im personally more of a night fan. i prefer knowing how much ive consumed for the day so that i have a target to hit. plus when i work out in the morning, im starving all day! but exercise is exercise. i dont think it should matter when u do it! long as ur doin it!0

I find that working out in the mornin makes me feel better during the day and makes me have better food choices. I dont have an excuse of being tired or not havin time. Plus i feel like i burn more (could be in my head)0

Work out whenever you want. Personally I HATE the mornings, and never enjoyed it throughout the Marine Corps. If you're worrying about nutrition and exercise, when running in the morning, eating anything before we ran made me sick, and drinking too much water just made me want to pee on the run, which isn't exactly comfortable.
These days, I work out mostly late-afternoon doing circuit training, usually eating a small lunch 30min or so beforehand and a shake or small meal immediately afterwards. Read up on Men's Health for a better explanation of nutrition, as they will be able to explain everything more credibly than I can.0 -
I prefer working out in the morning, usually after a little breakfast. I like the feeling of getting it done early, instead of worrying that I may NOT have time to get it done later. I also feel like working out early gives me calories and fat grams "in the bank" for the day--as opposed to HAVING to work out because of what I've already eaten--KWIM?
