    thanks everyone. i did go to s sports shoe place and i was way better then just looking at some shoes and buying them. I have found the ones im going to get.

    its funny but i wear two pairs. when i walk outside i wear my Asics Gels and when I walk on the treadmill i wear a pair of Nike AirMax. I have no clue why, but the Asics make my calves hurt too much on the treadmill, that might be a good thing, but i cant go as long with those on. who knows why :huh:

    yea ive been told two have 2 diff shoes id like the nike free walk but for running im gonna get the NIKE ZOOM STRUCTURE TRIAX+ 14 for running
