I'm 5'3 1/2". Currently 140.00 (Started MFP 3/5 at 150lbs) Lost 10 YAY! My goal is 128. I'm 49 which is why my goal is higher. In my 20's and early 30's my goals would have been very different. I maintained my weight at 112-120 (except for pregnancies and post). But, at my age, I really don't think I look good that thin - saggy skin and all. I'm not even sure 128 will work. If not, I won't mind eating a bit more! Maybe 134 or so?
Also, I think I'm buffer now - years of weight training behind me now, started at 35.0 -
5'3"as well, goal weight 135, 155 now so have a ways to go...Just want to accomplish this goal the healthy way not the quick fix.0

it was 115, got there last month, now that im more into weigt training I maintain 120.....im into the fitness models more than fashion models.....0

I'm somewhere between 5'2 and 5'4 (changes every time I'm measured lol) and my current goal is 140lbs. Been there before and while I'm sure I could have lost more I was happy at that weight.0

i'M 5'3" and i sure wish i was starting where most of you are i'm 198...I was tiny when I graduated high school at 135 lbs, so I think I must carry my weight a little differently. I have really stocky muscular legs too. My first goal is 150, and then when I hit there I will re-evaluate. I'm also measuring bodyfat percentage, so moreso want to get a healthy number there too.0

Well I'm 5'3" and I have a small bone structure and I'm 114 right now, but I want to get down to 100-105.0

5'3 and currently about 121. There is a full-body shot of me at 125ish and while I look ok, I'd love to shave 10 lbs off that number while adding muscle. 110, my stated goal weight ,is probably a bit of a pipe dream...haven't weighed that since high school when I was a couple inches shorter...0

I'm set at 1 lb. per week (for another 10 lbs) and am zig zagging my calories (1390 calories on Monday, 1390 on Tuesday, 1890 on Wednesday, 1390 on Thursday, etc). Which means my total calories range from 1450 to 2200 per day depending on exercise... and yes, I eat every single exercise calorie back (plus or minus 50 kcal).0

Well I posted earlier about going to weigh on my Diabetic Dr's scale than has been wrongly calibrated.
I weighed in at 158 with jeans. So according to her records my max was 176lbs b/c she said I'm down 18lbs total. On MFP I'm down a total of 13lbs.
My calories are set for 1270. I have gone up and down on them numerous times and have just had a very slow weight process. I do make sure to at least get my net to 1200. Somedays I feel bad going over my calories other days I don't. I have done every configuration from loosing 1/2 to 2lbs a week and just seems like my body is weird.
I also re-did my digital fat caliper this afternoon and got 29%body fat compared to last time of 27%. I honestly think the 29% is closer to what I really am considering other people body fats.0 -

I almost always eat my calories. The only exception is late night salsa-dancing. Too late, and too tired after that to eat back everything.0 -
My ultimate goal is 145, but right now I'm just aiming for 150. While I'm 5'3" I have a large bone structure and an athletic build. So my weight is always much higher. Frustrating when I see people throwing out what are to me "low" numbers. Thankfully I am coming around to not being controlled by that number on the scale.0

Right now I'm eating 1500 calories, doing Insanity...I am not eating my calories back because I think I'm probably burning 200-300 a session, I dont have a HRM so this is a total guess.0 -
I am 5'3 and right now I have the mind set of 150, granted which is still over weight for the height, but i can never remember being 120lbs, soooooo we will have to work on that!0

I'm 5'2", my initial goal weight was 115, although now that I reached 120 (from a previous 146!!) I realize that 5 more pounds are not going to cut it, I am very small framed, I am shooting for 110!0

Im 5 3 (as of recently,I grew about half an inch in the past few months) My goal was 114,-116 ,But now that I am 115 I have changed it to 110-113 range.
I am also only 18 with no kids. Im sure once I am older I will be pleased to be in the low 120's.0 -
The hardest part of being short is I can't eat as much as my taller friends! Unfair.... but c'est la vie. I will just keep trying, I'd love to be 140 and then go from there.0

CW is 134. My goal is 115-120 lbs. But I'll be happy when I reach 120-125 with lean muscle mass.0

I eat 15-1600 net, which means around 2,000 or so on workout days.0 -
I'm 5'3 and my target weight is around 105-110lbs. I like to think of it as a range and keep my weight within that range but not lower or higher. I've never been that weight though, except maybe in fourth grade.
I always consume 1200 calories a day and lose about a pound or less per week if anything. These last few weeks I haven't been excercising much like I began on MFP, but hopefully once finals are over (and I graduate college!) I'll be able to start running again so my caloric intake can go up a bit and give my metabolism a boost.0 -
I would like to get to 135 but 138 is my goal. I had always hovered between 140 and 142 before kids. I really want to maintain between 135 and 140.
I weighed in at 158 at my yearly checkup last July so I'm trying to be down to 148 by the time I have my annual this July.0 -

Started at 199, now at 150, goal is 141, which is the high end of the weight range for my 5'3" height.
Already at 150 people are telling me I shouldn't lose any more, but they can't see the 10 lbs of tummy fat I keep hidden with my clothes (thank you Stacey & Clinton!!).
I can't imagine me at 120, I'd look emaciated!0 -

When I started this, I went from 128 down to 121. Then I started P90X and I'm about 131 now.
I know I've gained weight from muscle, but I also still have some trimming of fat to do.. So, I say my goal is probably a muscular 125.
Honestly, though, I'm trying to judge my progress on my appearance and how my clothes fit. Since starting strength training, the scales means *kitten* to me.0
