    Wow, I was searching around the posts, for the first time, looking for a little inspiration since I have had a MAJOR setback in my workout efforts, and eating better. Glad I stumbled upon this thread. I will be back tomorrow to check in. :)

    umm let me think!!! hell yes im in this is a grat group and lots of you ladies have been with from the start..
    im happy todo a week of challenges if still needed

    will have to use yesterdays weight as i never weiged today :( and im really happy with the challage its just wont i need to get back on the wagon.
    start weight 179.8lb gw 169lb wanting to loss 10.8lbs

    that would put me in the 160s how fab would that be.

    I would love to join this challenge! I am new to the site and new to the whole idea of a group challenge but this seems like a good group and the timeline is perfect for my goal of having a good start on my big goal by the time my hubby gets back from his deployment overseas. So here goes.

    4/26/11 SW-178 lbs
    6/21/11 GW-158 lbs

    That is a 1.5 per week loss over the course of 13 weeks and I think it is very achievable. I go on my honeymoon the first week of August and think I would be very happy if I were less that 155lbs for my honeymoon, tracking to my overall goal of 135-140lbs. I am so excited! It will feel so good to get back into that kind of shape.

    Current weight: 159.5 pounds (that .5 is way important because it means less than 160!!)
    Goal weight by 6/21 149.5 pounds -- so 10 pounds

    Oops, I just realized that my goals were off, I read June but thought July. I have to adjust my goal.

    GW (for the challenge)-164 lbs
    GW (by Nov 15)-135 lbs

    I'm going to be travelling for 22 days of this challege so its going to DEFINITELY be a challenge. I'll only be alone with the 3 kids fora total of 4 days (not all at once) of it though so I should be able to get the exercise in 99% of the time.

    Excited for this weeks challenge. I LOVE water but for some reason I haven't been drinking as much late, definitely need to step it up a bit. Regarding the workout challenge I typically work out ,60 to 75 mins daily so to challenge myself I will take it up a notch.
