so i was wondering if anyone knew any good exercises that actually work to firm and tone or "perk up" the booty. i'm sure every girl wants a nice booty, i mean who wouldn't?! ANY SUGGESTIONS GUYS?

    Squats, Zumba, and Spinning are all great workouts for your butt. I've never met an avid spinner or dancer that didn't have a great one! lol

    squats, lunges, hip thrust....to name a few
    try looking into some buns and thigh workout dvds.
    they have some really super cheap ones ($5) at walmart.

    All of the above plus: bulgarian split squats, step ups, leg bridges, sumo squats. I LOVE my booty. It's my best asset (no pun intended, lol!) :blushing:

    Squats, squats and more squats!! Plie squats, one legged squats, jump squats, etc. google squat variations and do more than just the basic chair squat. They work the muscles differently. Same with lunges, front step lunges, back step lunges and curtsy lunges. Deadlifts and good mornings are awesome as well!

    everytime i do lunges, my knees hurt. :(

    Check your form. Your knees should not hurt make sure your knee is lined up with your ankle and your shin in going straight up and down.

    Oh man I hate squats!! Cant get the hang of the kettlebell moves either.

    Any other suggestions??
