    I have also heard that the Brazilian butt lift works wonders. I have to buy it myself :)

    everytime i do lunges, my knees hurt. :(

    Check your form. Your knees should not hurt make sure your knee is lined up with your ankle and your shin in going straight up and down.

    Thanks...yeah i def dont think i do them right when i do them. i just consciously looked at what i was doing...yup, this helps alot! :)

    squats help (I am doing them right and my knees still crackle and groan) and so does walking, the exercise bike, knee lifts, the elliptical trainer, turbo jam... and of course squats. My butt is my biggest body part and so I focus on exercise to get rid of it, because if I get rid of that I should get rid of my thunder thighs as well. If my middle gets toned and shrinks too that's great because I need to get rid of my gut too!

    single leg squats...just make sure you keep your weight on your heel to keep from hurting your knees. Here are some good workouts for the booty
