Hi there, yes I use it everyday, I have downloaded the app on my Iphone so it makes it easier to keep track of what's going into my body and the break down of carbs/protein and fat.0

I fill mine out everyday, sometimes i plan in advance but not all the time but before i put something in my mouth i work out whether i can afford the calories.0

I fill mine out with the moblie app if I am out meal by meal. I use the same app to make menu choices when out to eat...0

I fill mine out every morning and use it as a budget so that I can make adjustments throughout the day.
Usually, by early afternoon I can start making the hard decisions on how dinner and any snacking has to be modified.
My big problem pre-mfp was having my calories sneak up on me, this method gives me some discipline.
The BUDGET principle really resonnates! that is exactly a great way to put it ....what you have to work with throughout the day.
