yeah but cant think of anything.. i want to loose wgt cuz am goin back home in another 15 days.. i just want to look thin.. i have gained almost 3 stones.. n i am finding ways to get it off for temp atleast0

Rapid weight loss is almost never permanent, because you can't sustain the diet and you revert to your old ways which got you in trouble in the first place. You really need to make healthy changes which will cause you to relearn how to eat and develop a sustainable healthy eating plan.
Realistically most you can only expect to lose is 2-3 kg. in 15 days.
