Looking for more support, this isn't easy! Would like to hear what is really working for everyone as far as working out as well as good food tips....thanks!

    I am part of a facebook challenge with several friends from church, we keep each other accountable and check in- there is a prize to- that helps a lot. also I enter in all the food I am planning on eating for the day each morning so that I don't over or under snack during the day.

    seeing how hard other people work is helping to motivate me.

    I have only been here a couple weeks, but logging my calories helps keep me on track and less likely to binge ( or eat junk food).

    Also, helping other people stay focused, by supporting them here, in turn helps me stay focused.
