Fun calorie burner for all ages

Get some rollerblades and skate for 60 minutes. you will burn 1080 calories and have fun at the same time. I personally hate jogging and find it boring. So I just went and bought some skates and spend most of the first 3 weeks crawling on the floor. Within 2 months I was comfortable enough to skate for 15km around town.

    tried it once fell over lol, i would love to roller blade with my dog like dog whisperer but know i would end up in a&e :tongue:

    I used to skate everyday for about 60 to 90 minutes. It's fun and you definitely will burn lots of calories! Maybe I should start again!

    I have a history of skating-related broken bones... doesn't mean I won't try again, though! ;) I was considering starting C25K soon, but jogging has always bored the pants off me, so maybe it's time to get myself a new pair of skates.
