Need Friends 55 and older for a "senior challenge!"

Hi Guys/gals,

Anyone want to join me for a gentle challenge?
1) Track everyday
2) Exercise 3 times a week
3) Drink all of our water
4) Cut sugar down to suggested amount daily because , lets face it, our pancreaus' are old and we do not need to become diabetic!

I look forward to friendships!

    I can give it a try, I usually forget I join these challenges. I'm pretty focused on the weight loss and have been what you could call a career dieter (watch what I eat type), lol..I exercise 5-6 days a week so I've got that down pat. Will give it a go!!
