HELP!!! 7 week deadline

I need to lose a ton of weight by June 16th. I just got invited to a family reunion but it is all family that I have never met before. They all really want to meet me and my kids but they are going to a lake and will be doing water sports and what not. I have not worn a swim suit in 7 years and want to. The problem is.....before kids I never had to work out so I have no idea where to even begin!!! Please help if you have any advise that could help. I understand the counting calories and the cardio part but its when it comes to weight training and firming everything that I am completely at a loss. I have 7 weeks and want to do the most possible!!! Thank you for any advice!

  • Find a kettlebells class that includes swinging them and you'll lose along with watching your diet, I don't know where you are from but there are classes all over. I had never tried but have heard great things about Zumba too.

    Thank you! I never thought of the bells class. I am from slc, ut. I do kickboxing every wednesday.

    You can try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and/or her Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism dvd's. They're great workouts in short periods of time (<30 minutes and approx. 60 minutes, respectively).
