QUICK! Whats the best thing to eat befor a workout!

I am going to my Muay Thai class after work today so i am needing some ideas for a snack before my workout. I need something minimaly processed, low in added sugar and nothing with peanuts or bananas becuase I have allergies to both.
i am about to run to the store on my lunch break so I need to know quick! thanks!

Instant Oatmeal(mainly cause you can nuke it. I think they even make those cups) its my go to. Gentle on the tum tum, complex carbs, full of fiber. Healthy. Mannnnyyyyy advantages to it0

I make my own:
4 scoops whey protein *it calls for Vanilla but I use Chocolate
1/2 cup peanut butter **You could most likely use cashew butter instead
1 tbs ground flaxseed
2 cups quick oatmeal
blend all together then put it in an 8x8 pan. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes or so. Cut into eight pieces.

fat: 13
protein :23
fiber: 50 -

I'm in love with the Pure Protein bars, they are the best protein bars out there.... not high in fat, or cal, and 20+ grams of protein0
