I set myself a target on the 14th Jan to loose 4 stone(56lbs) for me friends wedding on the 1st May.
Well today I reached that target and went over it by a 1lb lol. I feel so pleased with myself for getting so far. My new target is another 42lb by Oct 19th (My 30th Birthday)
Just thought I would share my news, and anything is possible if you put your mind to it lol.
Cheers
Martin

Cheers for the comments guys.
How did I do it???
Well kept to my calories and made sure I did some exercise every day, even if its just a 30 min walk. Also stopped eating takeaways and drinking alcohol apart from a couple of occasions.

Thanks Martin, was probably a bit of a daft question on my part with an obvious answer!
Seriously, 57lbs is amazing. You should be so proud.
