I think I may have twisted my knee wrong or maybe just sore muscles from Zumba last nite. I have plans on going to gym after work. Will working out be ok if my knee is already sore? And if I go do I do the elliptical or treadmill for 30 mins. What is easier with a sore knee?

swim if they have a pool that would be your best bet.0

Does your gym have a pool? The water is always the best for sore limbs. My mom teaches water aerobics and swears by it.
If not I would say the elliptical. The treadmil always seems to put alot of pressure on my knees. Or maybe take a day off and let it rest. Is it sore or hurting?0 -
i'd probably take a day off and rest it 2 be on the safe side0

Swim. Was my initial response as well. A lot of Pilates exercises are easy on the knees, not as arobic though.0
