Who wants to do a 30 day challenge?

Last night I signed myself up to a 35 day challenge Which insisted of eating no more than 1200 calories but having 500 left in green.. After thinking of that it meant for me i would have to eat more than i wanted to have 500 left. So i think i want to do my own challenge for 30 days.. So if your interested please join me..
The 30 day challenge consist of the following:
30 days of straight water ( no tea, no soda, no sugar)
2-3 reps of 12-15: a grand total of 100 reps( push your self to get too 100 reps) 100 reps a week
-push ups
-shoulders
-biceps
-reverse lunges
-crunches
-30 to 40 minutes of walking.
If your going to be negative on this post then dont comment at all.. Its a challenge for whomever wants to join, but its more for those that are just starting out..

I would like to join you in this challenge, however I have to drink my green tea. I had to give up coffee, hard to do , but the doc said to drink tea. (helps medicine in my body for cancer)0

While I'm kinda doing this already, though not in challenge form, I wanted to say that I'd add in green tea into that program. Green tea has been shown to help metabolism.
Also, I wanted to say that I'll be friend requesting you 'cause I think we're very similar, after reading your profile. :]0 -

I am game....count me in!!! The only drinking water will not be an issue, that is all that I drink anyway0

I cant join, to much excercise for me. Id like to have a challenge though, maybe i should look into other ones.. that one that suggested no more than 1200calories is ridiculous, ur body needs 1200minimum NET calories a day just to function..
also as far as the people talking about green tea---yes, boosts metabolism, full of antioxidants... but depletes your water in your system.. if u drink something that depletes your water u have to drink even more water to replace it. Its bad enough I have to drink 20 a day, why turn it into 21 cups, or 22. Decaf tea doesnt deplete ur water
I pretty much only drink water, but have to have the occasional cup of coffee to clear my system or else i become constipated, no matter how much fiber or fruit i eat to help things along..grrr the days i drink coffee i make sure to drink extra water.. I normally totally agree with water only :-(0 -
Ok Those who drink green tea for health reason or for whatever reason please add that you can drink green tea... This is your challenge along with your daily exercise that you already do.. just add this into it.. Please take a before picture before the 30 day challenge begins.. Ill take mine the last day of April..and The challenge will begin MAY1 until the 30 days is up.. Please message me or friend me..0

I would love to join your challenge. I have one question/clarification really quick though. Is it 100 reps of each of those per week? I can do that and the water wont be a problem for me.

YOu can do it how ever you like as long as you reach 100 reps .. and walking is per day ,,,0 -
Those who are doing my challenge please eat as much as you can... I dont wont you to eat only 350 calories.. if doing this challenge..eat what you do and just manage this challenge the right way.0

I will join you too! I think the water thing will be tough, but I need it! I drink a lot of diet cherry dr. pepper! The others will be good for me too. I have gotten out of the habit of exercising, so this will help me if I stick to it.0

I'm kind of already doing it...ish LOL
I recently changed my goal from 1 lb per week (1430 per day) to 2 lbs per week (1200 per day) and just to boost my weight loss had decided to not eat into my exercise calories. Today I had 480 I walked for an hour on the treadmill and did Shred. (which includes push ups sit ups and tons of arm workout!) It isn't really doing the reps but I'm sorta going along with it LOL I may jump in...I'll keep ya posted, not sure yet since I just started doing all I am this week.

Okie doke. I am definitely in then. I will take a new pic this weekend. Maybe I'll get brave enough to take on in my swimsuit even okay well at least my shorts and tank top. Even I don't want to look at me in a swimsuit yet. LOL0

So are we starting on Sunday the 1st of May then? It works for me that way I can get a picture at the real beginning and then one at the end.
Are you looking to have us check in daily, weekly just when we can? I can do any of the above.0 -
