What apps are you guys using to track your caloric burn

    I don't bother with tracking caloric burn from lifting, but I do use the Jefit app to track my workouts so I don't have to carry around a notebook anymore.

    The benefits of weight lifting are not the calories burned while doing it...which is great, since it really isn't that much to begin with.
  • I asked the same question the other day. i managed to find a device called the 'Vancell PerformTek', which is used to monitor heart rate. The author provides some data in relation to his / her own heart rate whilst doing various resistance exercises.

    I don't...even a HRM doesn't track it accurately...this is why most who lift weights consistently use TDEE method.
