This is where I hope to be one day. I *know* I can lose weight. I've done that time and time again. But this time I want to learn how to maintain. My plan is as you said - log log log. Not to become complacent. Stay focused and actively consider what I'm eating (well how much of it). Well done on maintaining!

Good job! I love to see and hear people that are continuing to maintain. Some think once you reach your goal you are done. For me that's far from the truth. I have to work hard everyday, but it's so worth the effort in many, many ways! Keep it up!0
