Question for Drinkers of Chocolate Milk for recovery.

I have found chocolate milk to be the perfect recovery drink for me, its 4:1 carb protein ratio is exactly what i need after an intensive insanity session.

Question is, How much of it do you drink post work out?

    I believe it should be 1 cup. You can double check on beachbody forums....just search for "Low Fat" chocolate milk.

    I actually only drink 1/4 cup full fat chocolate milk. I did a half cup one day and was like "whoa! WAAAAY too much."

    Cheers guys, 1 cup is around 300ml in the UK. that works.
