She don't lie, She don't lie, She don't lie

That darn scale. Whether or not you log that cookie, the scale knows. I have gotten off track, logging from memory and estimating. My weight tends to hover around 2 lbs but trends downward. I don't think I have gained, but I stopped losing.

When I got fat I wasn't weighing myself at all. Now I weigh frequently. It keeps me aware of trends and I am okay with fluctuations.

    My scale is a brat and swings wildly from highs to lows. :(

    It's always a love, hate relationship with the scale but a very necessary relationship indeed.
