This morning: poached egg on English muffin, swiss chard stir fried in coconut oil, mushrooms and tomatoes and avocado salad with some arugula.0 -
Yesterday's dinner, salmon pumpkin patties. I ate the whole lot just like that. 389 calories!!
I used 300g butternut pumpkin, 1 egg and 120g of canned salmon. Baked them in an oven tray. So good!
That sounds and looks delicious! Is that sort of the same as the tuna/potato patties I saw earlier in the thread?0 -
Spinach salad with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, cheese, almonds. Dressing was Zesty Lime vinaigrette.0 -
A very tasty mess:
Garlic and herb sweet potato fries
Cajun-spiced meatballs
Mushrooms and red onions with garlic and a little crème fraîche
Balsamic glaze and feta cheese
All came 560 calories and tasted damn good!

pork stew made with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms...was served over rice. Seasoned with soy, garlic and brown sugar with a dash of red peppers thrown in for good measure.

I made coconut tomato curry with kabocha squash, Japanese sweet potato, carrots, onion, and garbanzo beans. Some tiny braised fishes on top!
