fitness bike,is it right if i do it every day ?

hello everyone,first,i have to say that english is not my native language so i may be wrong.but i think you understand me anyway :blush: .I buyed an fitness bike,because i can t go at the gym or outside working out.Anyway,i make 30 minutes every day,sometimes 20 minutes and other exercices ( squats,crunches,etc) .it`s too much if i make it every day ?or i have to make a day yes and one no...? thank you :smile:

    I'm pretty sure it's fine to do that for 30 minutes daily.

    i know that you must change a bit the exercices for losing weight ..because the body is getting used to it...but i wanna do it everyday ( hoping my body isn t getting use to it ) :neutral_face:

    Then try going for longer, doing speed intervals, etc.
