Weigth loss

hi am looking for some one who can guide me to loose 30 lbs in 3 months.. after my delivery i gained so much and now i fix target to shed 10 lbs in a month.. am doing gym work at least 3 to 4 days in a week... i do stick on diet plan and counting my calories thru myfitnesspal.. thanks to myfitnesspal... need to hear any one who really achieved such weightloss in real life.. pls share if u can!!!.. thanks in advance..

    oh you can definitely do it!! I lost 10 pounds a month on 1200 calories a day. It might be tough at first but it gets so much easier! Sounds like you have a great plan!
