NEED PROTEIN!

I'm cleaning up my diet and exercise program and protein is what I need! As much protein as possible without fat and carbs (though I know completely isolated is impossible.) What has that kinda protein? :D

    tuna, sardines etc.

    fish is your best answer.

    Ground turkey maybe? Egg whites?
  • Green veggies, chicken breast (boneless skinless), nuts and seeds
  • I eat alot of eggs, talipia, shrimp, and chicken. I also have some beef and pork.

    YES, THIS is how I have lost my weight. 110 grams of protein and 85-100 grams of carbs. Lots of extra lean turkey, chicken, fish, egg beaters, light cheese.

    Salmon, turkey breast meat, egg whites, tilapia, shrimp, tuna.....
  • Chicken, beans -- chick peas are my favourite, tuna, eggs
