I'm attempting to go a full week without consuming anything with added sugar, does anyone have any tips, recipes or success stories?

Stick to whole foods, Its pretty easy if you have one meal prep day at the beginning of the week and cook your meals for the week then0

look on the label of everything you eat :-) There are plenty of added sugar in all sorts of things. How about using power sweetener to make cookies. They have a bit of a tang to them but you could cover it with ginger or something like that. I keep well away from sugar and feel better for it so good luck.0

I eat as close to sugar free as I can get. A typical day for me is Steel cut oats with almond milk for breakfast, greek yoghurt with cinnamon and seeds for snack, chickpea curry for lunch, a handful of almonds for afternoon snack and asparagus wrapped in parma ham with a poached egg for dinner. I drink mineral water or herbal teas. Delish.0
