    I drive a Toyota Celica 190, only had it 5 weeks, I was meant to be on holiday with my now ex and thought, I would buy myself a new girlfriend :smile: lol

    I drive a Toyota Celica 190, only had it 5 weeks, I was meant to be on holiday with my now ex and thought, I would buy myself a new girlfriend :smile: lol

    I'm a big Celica fan, have had 2 of them both Gen 6's next one I buy will be a GT4 (ST205) though I also hope to have a Gen 1 some day, this TA23 belongs to a friend who completely restored it himself, has to be seen to appreciate it's beauty

    Yeah I was admiring yours pal, I love the GT4 ive seen them, I'm new to toyota, it is a lovely car, I've been a escort man (a ford to those who dont know lol) I had a mk3,4 an xr3i and a mk6 cossie replica, so Toyota is a new venture to me and loving it! :smiley:

    Have done the Escort thing myself down through the years including a Mexico and an RS2000, also had a couple of Capris 2.8i. You will find the Celica very reliable, the engines are pretty much bullet proof, I have 230k up on mine and still going strong, I actually have mine off the road at the moment as I hope to get it resprayed over the next lot of months to get it in show condition. Seen a photo today of this Gen 7 and thought it was one of the nicest that I have ever seen;

    It is paid off and will hopefully get to 200k+ miles before it goes to the big oil pan in the sky.
