Hi! I see a lot of cheese in your meal plan and am worried about the Canadian bacon with all the sodium. I would maybe replace one of your cheese portions with healthy nuts or nut butter. Overall I think you are on the right track, good luck!0

Slow down.
I'm going to assume you're a newbie because you didn't even outline your macros and you don't realize how aggressive your goal is.
First off you have to understand how difficult 20%-10% is going to be. Can it be done in 2.5 months? Possible, sure, but not very likely for a beginner. You would have to be on point 100% of the time, starting from when you woke up this morning. Unless you have incredible willpower and dedication, that's going to be extremely difficult. It might take you 2.5 months alone just to truly start getting your eating and activity patterns under control. Oh PLUS the Holidays are right around the corner.
As far as the meal you outlined.. it looks pretty good (assuming you set portions/macros correctly), in the sense that it's filled with wholesome and satiating foods. I know the IIFYM crowd is going to tell you to eat more ice cream and twinkies, but with your stats and only eating 1800 calories a day you NEED wholesome and satiating. I'm all for IIFYM when you have more calories to work with. But when you have an aggressive goal, with an aggressive calorie deficit, you need wholesome and filling.
But honestly I don't think you, as a beginner, could survive on that diet for the next 80 days.
My advice: slow down, take the time out to learn about dieting and macros so that you know how to plan your meals, set a more realistic goal, then put what you've learned into practice. Once you've got your eating and workout habits under control, you can set an aggressive goal if you'd like.. at least by then you'll actually know what you're getting yourself into.

Eat whatever you desire. Weightloss is math. As long as there is a caloric deficit. If health is a priority for you aswell, then I would agree with your new eating plan, it sounds fantastic in terms of weightloss and nutrition. If your focus is strictly losing those last few pounds, incorporate a few of your favourite foods, regardless if its icecreams, cookies, chips. It is good for your sanity. I used to be a bodybuilder and went into depression. I never allowed myself treats, then if I did I would punish myself for the next day as if eating something sweet and salty was a sin. Enjoy your foods as much as possible, without being greedy. Then, my friend, you will value the real plan. Which is to appreciate food. Good luck0
