Cooking Chicken on the Pan

Just wondering when looking up nutritional values, what do I call chicken that is cooked on the pan (in coconut oil)? I would of thought it was 'fried' but I think that is taken to mean deep fat fried.. Just a little confused!

You weigh your chicken raw and enter that value, and you measure out your coconut oil and enter that value. There's your calorie count and nutrition stats.0

I log my chicken as one item, and the oil used to fry it as another based on its weight. I don't look for already prepared food in the database0

Use the recipe builder, enter each item separately, and save for future reference.0

ah brilliant that makes a lot more sense - thanks a million0
