Do you own a hammer? Go get it, go to your scale and start hitting the scale with the hammer. Once the scale is in at least 5 pieces, stop... and go have a snack. If you have suffered ED issues in the past, owning a scale is akin to an alcoholic owning a pub.

NHS can probably open a new case for you when they understand that you have relapsed and are endangering your health (and your life). Also, if you are not in a support group for ED, please search one out and join one. Try http://www.b-eat.co.uk/. Also, perhaps http://eating-disorders.org.uk/ would have some ideas for helping you.

It is not safe for someone recovering from an ED to have a scale or be tracking calories like you are. You know this and you want help or you wouldn't have posted here.

While you are looking at these places and other places for help, are you willing to raise your calories to a healthier level? You said that before you the stomach infection you were eating under 1000 calories. How many calories were you eating on average per day? Are you willing to bring your calories up to at least 800-1000 per day to avoid damaging your organs while you are investigating these resources looking for help and support?

I know there are also a lot of ED support groups online. Please find some support and let us know how you are doing.

Think about this math with your concern over weight going up and up and up.

If you ate 100 calories more than maintenance, which it appears you are at right now (whether your logging of calories is correct is different matter to exact amount eaten), if you ate 100 actual calories more daily for 35 days and your metabolism did NOT speed up, you would slowly gain ....... ready ...... 1 lb of fat.

But likely it would speed up, it doesn't get damaged, it does exactly what it needs to do. Now, you could cause some thyroid issues to come early or be worse than otherwise, just means your estimate at what you burn is out the window, and your body is going to try to make you slow down and be tired, which is actually one of the first things it does when undereating anyway.
Normally burn 2000 with daily activity, under-eat too much, body causes you to burn 200 less say.

Now kick in fact if that is going on, you are likely burning up some muscle mass too, so now your metabolism goes down a tad more, but now moving less daily with less muscle, another drop in daily burn.

Metabolism is an overrated phenomenon. Water retention is temporary as the body will eventually release it. If you cant lose weight over a reasonable period, then it is because of the lack of calorie deficit.

Try actually bothering to read the thread properly. She is not needing or trying to lose weight. She has a history of EDs. Your post is really not appropriate or useful in this thread.
