Suggestions for Snacks or Meal

Hey everyone I am seeking advice and/or help today. I have reached my fat goal for today. I still yet to complete my carbs and protein for today. I am looking for snacks or meal ideas. Friend requests will be accepted too

    I have yogurt for a snack. or a half an apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter. or a cheese stick and a couple celery sticks. or a little can of juice, V-8 or pineapple orange. I buy the prepared stuff at the grocery store. It costs more but I think I will pay fewer medical bills if I get in shape and lose this extra 120 lbs. Good luck. It's slow but it works.

    No fat meals or snacks? Soup can be really low fat and very filling. Start with fat free broth and load it up with vegetables, beans and lean meat. Fruit makes a good snack.

    no fat won't bring satiation. If you can't do fat, I'd do a protein shake and pray.
