Wed: 60 minute walk
Thur: 101 minutes, walking, dancing, stretching
Fri: 63 minutes walking, climbing stairs, Zumba, dancing, running, trampoline, stretching
Sat: 15 minutes so far, rest of Zumba work out (I was in the middle when midnight hit) and I had to move the couch. There should be more later tonight, there is the local zombie walk

Hello Everyone! Question, I know some of you use exercise gadgets and some of these you pay for. I know the BodyBugg charged a monthly fee. Not sure on other gadgets. I cancelled WW today but I love the ActiveLink and in order to keep it I would be charged about $24 a month because you have to keep WW and pay ActiveLink fee. How much are you all paying for your gadgets? I am going to keep it until the end of the year or maybe March -- at least but just want to know what others are paying per month. Hopefully by January 1st Planet Fitness will be opened which is $10 a month with a trainer. Right now it is worth the money. Your thoughts please. Have a good weekend!! and thanks!0

I paid $100 for my polar FT4. It doesnt have the gps feature if you like to track your runs. It comes with a watch, band and reader which attached to the band. I have had mine for a few years and replace the battery annually. The battery is $6 from CVS or Walgreens.0
