Diet and cardio bring in the abs. As far as my favorite for abs sit on floor leaned at 45° angle and use 10 pound medicine ball rotating side to side upper body. For bottom abs do half a pullup on bar with upper arms level and bring your feet above you hands. Another good one is use the arm rest that you put forearms on and let body hang down usually by the dip bar. Get a 25lb dumbbell and pick it up between feet bringing knees to chest. Push up style planks bringing knees up on sides are good too. Sides just use machine for hyper extensions but do the same motion with the sides.

I could give you many recommendations for exercises. But what is your diet like? Your Sugar intake? Flat abs is 80% det. So it really comes down to eatign the right things at the right times.

My diet is porridge for breakfast, chicken and rice for lunch and then a home cook meal like curry, steak or something healthy. I snack on peanuts or fruit.
    .

    Thanks for exercise information,

The effects I would expect after that duration would be increased core/ab strength and strength endurance.
What "effects" are you expecting from your workout?

What are your goals OP? People need to know your goals otherwise you get recommendations based on their goals not yours!

Your ticker says 19lbs to go - that's going to make the biggest difference of all if you are primarily concerned with appearance. Patience Bert!

Yup, I spent ages building pretty strong abs and core, but it wasn't until some diet tweaks and kick-starting my cardio that I started to see any definition...
