Hi! I'm new to this entire process. Anyone have a recipe for a low cal, low fat dip that also tastes good??

Quite often I will make a veggie dip using plain Greek yogurt, and the Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mixes. They are a powder that comes in a packet. That's it, just those two ingredients. Low cal, low fat, high protein, and yummy.

What kborton said! You can also use lipton onion dry soup mix, and it tastes just like french onion dip. Sometimes I also mix taco seasoning with Greek yogurt and eat it with homemade pita crisps.

All of the above. It works best to mix the day before and let them sit in the frig overnight (if possible). Especially what My Halo says about the different types.
