your a workout addict when....
1. you intentionally go over your calories just so you can have an excuse to burn more calories.
2. the gym is your social circle
3. you feel naked without a heart rate monitor on
4. you talk about dvd fitness instructors like they are your lover or best friend ( well except for me i really do have a thing going on wiwith Chalene Johnson and Pam the Blam, no seriously. i mean really)
5. You just started a new fitness program and are already looking for the next "crazy" workout.
6. you go into a runners lunge to tie your shoes

Your husband has to hide your workout shoes. I get my "second wind" about this time of night, and I've already done 45 minutes of cardio today. He keeps telling me no. He's afraid (and I may be too!) that I'm going to burn myself out.0

My 4 year old refers to the fitness dvd instructors by name. And talks about them like they are our friends. Jillian, Leslie, George....it cracks me up!0 -
you feel guilty that you didnt work out enough when you already worked out at lunch time so you have to work out again once you get home!0

you Love getting up at 4.30 AM and work out for 90 to 120 minutes and go to work with a huge smile on your face.
you look forward to geting a new workout program to combine with the one you are already getting used to.
you work out 6 days a week and are sorry that you need one day of rest, your body really demands it and you abide, in order to get back to it without any injuries.0 -

After Easter Sunday church service you consider calling the gym to see if they are open.
You consider being late from your lunch hour just to reach 350 calories burned.
You don't mind walking from the tire place, to the mall, around the mall, and back to the tire place because you know you're burnin' off some goo.
You're in mid conversation with husband and still do the X pose with Tony Horton at the end of the shoulders workout.0 -
When you wake up constantly throughout the night looking at the clock trying to see if it's time to get up for your morning workout.
When you're sitting in a business meeting and all you are thinking about is how you can increase your bench press by 50lbs.
When you use your mantel in your house for your HRM.0 -
1. When you sleep in your workout clothes to be ready for a workout right when you wake up.
2. You call your friends and coworkers "the kids"
3. "Bring it" is your new saying.
4. You negotiate in your mind that a day off from working out still includes some sort of exercise like a brisk walk.
