How do you post customized exercise?

For example, I can easily enter 'walk 4.0' etc. But I'm seeing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I'm not sure where people are getting data or entering info? Can anyone assist? Thanks!

From the exercise tab, click on my exercises at the top then click on the create exercise button. Once you do that it will be available in your exercise diary.0

Oh ok, so it's more if I have a bodybugg or some sort of device that I can see cals burned. Got it! Thank you!0

That's why most of the workouts I do are on the treadmill, elliptical or stairmaster. It's easier for me to keep track of the calories I burn.0
