Weight loss? Check.
Macros? Check.
Cat Gifs? Check.
Low carb diet? Check.
Inability to accept responsibility? As evidenced from the line that says "she likely overfed him"... Check.
All it's missing is a catnip detox and some raspberry ketone treats... but in all seriousness, poor cat.

Big kitty. He looks like he got Tweety Bird & Mickey Mouse both!0

Um. What?
Low carb is good for a cat. They're carnivores. You should minimize their carb intake anyway.
Are you saying the cat should be responsible for its own weight and the owner shouldn't have anything to do with it being overweight?0 -
I want that cat.0

Poor kitty...not a happy kitty at all.0

That cat's head is big. I wonder (yes I realize it is still overweight) if it might be a bigger cat breed.0

I just found it funny the author is only willing to concede that it's "likely" the cat got to 37 pounds because the owner overfed it. Perhaps it's just me, but I'm pretty sure we've moved beyond a mere likelihood of overfeeding when the cat weighs in at 37 pounds.0 -
I don't like cats.0

Some cats overeat, others don't. Just like people.0

the "perfect" thread?
dude, talk about thread shaming here... what, the other threads in the forum don't fit you're idea of "perfection" so you come here posting this? why don't you try being a little more tolerant?
not cool.0 -
How in the hell that you didn't use "Purr-fect" instead of "Perfect" is beyond me...
You should be ashamed of yourself0 -

LOL! That made me laugh so hard.
Oh wait? Were you serious?
It's clearly the cat's fault. He should have been tracking and eating at a deficit. Blaming his owner? Psssh. He put all that in his mouth. And that low-carb diet? Silly cat, you need carbs. They're fine as long as you stay under your cal goal! That cat's head is big. I wonder (yes I realize it is still overweight) if it might be a bigger cat breed.
Vet said it should weigh 12lbs.chivalryder wrote: »Um. What?

Golly gee Moses... OP is joking, people.
I do feel sorry for the cat though. They have it on kitty pain meds since it hurts him to move.
