Thank you Myfitnesspal! After struggling with diet consistency for years, with your app I was able to identify where I was making mistakes, and stay on track!

My best piece of advise? I eat out with my friends a lot, so ordering healthy is key, but isn't always easy. I always split my meal in half as soon as I get it, and eat the other half for a meal the next day. I also don't order sides, but promise myself if I am still hungry after half my meal, I can get a side. So far, I have never felt the desire to order a side dish after my half an entree :)
