150 Days on MFP SO FAR.... a progress report

So, I've been on MFP for 150 days.... what does that mean?

What I've gained:
A wonderful group of friends I call my MFPeeps
Support
Encouragement
Confidence
Motivation
Energy and Endurance
Some Muscle Definition
New clothes

What I've lost:
High Blood Pressure
Low Self-Esteem
Fear of Looking in the Mirror
Breathlessness
and my favorite, 44 pounds (one pound shy of the half way point to my final goal)

I've hit plateaus, had several bad days, been frustrated/angry/tired. But I haven't given up and I am winning this battle. This isn't a 6 month "thing" or a diet; this is a lifetime change.

I am happier.
I am healthier.
AND, I am doing this for me. :D
