Back on track after bringing home adopted son

We have been blessed with a new son! We have a beautiful, healthy three week old baby boy. Through the love and magic of adoption, our family has grown. So has my tummy! Lack of sleep, trying to prepare a nursery/house for an unexpected new one, lots of well meaning visitors, not as much time/motivation to cook and not exercising consistently (if at all) have left me with added weight. I started logging again today after almost four weeks. Need some motivation and support to get back in the game 100%! Thanks!

Congratulations. Take it slowly and don't put immediate pressure on yourself. Enjoy you new addition to the family and slowly return to normal eating and excercise.

Congrats on your new addition!! You have given that baby so much love in these short weeks <3 . Take it one day at a time and enjoy the new addition to your family. You can do this.....

    congratulations on the newest addition.

Take it slow to get back on track. Going too fast will only lead to disappointment and discouragement. Enjoy the new addition :)
