If I power walk before I eat dinner and burn 600 calories, do I still burn fat and lose weight or do I gain weight?

You don't have to micromanage it that much. It's what you do over time. Enjoy your walk. Enjoy your dinner.0

Well, it depends on if you are eating above a deficit. You can burn as much as you want. If you eat it all back and then some you'll gain. Doesn't matter if you eat before or after a work out. If you're hungry, eat. Weight loss is a deficit. Calories vs. calories out. Make sure you stay in that deficit and you will lose weight.0

So it doesn't matter what time of day I eat or exersize as long as I'm in the calorie deficit?0
