I don't know that I will succeed this time. But if I do it's because I'm not over thinking everything. Also, I'm looking at my diet as a weekly calorie goal instead of a daily one. This helps me to not feel trapped. Lastly, I started exercising the same day I started counting calories, usually I diet first and then slowly add exercise. Who knows... I have no idea if this is any different than the other times. I've felt positive before and still put the weight back on. I'm hopeful though and that's more than I can say about the last 5 years.0
