After losing 317 pounds-My doctor says I'm at my Healthy weight!!

So, I went to my doctor for my 6 month checkup. I heard the words I have been longing to hear "You are now at your healthy weight, it's time you change your focus to maintaining!" Considering that I was over 500 pounds less than 3 years ago, this was a huge moment for me! I haven’t been at a healthy weight since, I don’t know 3rd grade :)

If you are working on your own fitness/weight loss journey never forget that you can reach your goals. It may be, no scratch that it will be difficult sometimes but you can do it!! Keep up the focus, and good luck!

    Outstanding accomplishment. I've got to admit a chuckled a little at the side by side comparison. Looks like upon loosing the weight you put down the good book and picked up the Harley. Yes I'm stereo typing, otherwise it wouldn't be funny to me. I ride to, so I know riding doesn't make you evil. One of my goals is to look good riding my bike, so I don't have to keep adjusting my shirt at stop lights and leaning way back to smooth out the mid section.

    Great job again and keep the shiny side up in your travels.
