200 ARM CIRCLES

If you’ve been doing these for a while, add weights. If you are already using weights, try to kick it up a notch! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Just get moving. Tell us what you did!

    Just saw this....just did them. I pulled away from my computer and while still sitting in my chair looking cool as co-workers walked by I knocked out 100 at a time. Get going people!

    Just did 'em in my cubicle.

    50 small - forward
    50 large - forward
    50 small - backward
    50 large - backward

    Done! 100 forward (10 squats for a break) then 100 backward. Felt easy to start with but those last few were hard!
