    wow you look awesome! it is truly an inspiration to see a tall girl like myself be able to lose the excess weight and transform your body in ways you never thought were possible, and I don't mean this in a super toned unrealistic supermodel way, but just to shrink your overall frame, which would be enough for me. I have never been able to visualize myself as a small frame girl simply because of my height and back width but I now see it is possible. Thank you!

    Would you share a sample from your diary with me? I have the same amount to lose although I am older. I am eating about 1300-1600 calories a day and no changes... Do I need to step it up?
