Good morning! My endocrinologist's physician assistant told me about this site a few months ago, but I never really did anything about it. Last night I was printing off vacation photos and didn't realize I had looked heavier. I knew that I had put on weight, but I didn't really comprehend the difference. So, it's time to do better and get motivated.
