Hey Everyone!
This would be my third go around on MyFitnessPal and to seriously plan on living a healthier lifestyle. After two books and a fair amount of online research, I have decided that a Keto diet is best for me. Seems like an easy way to make it a "lifestyle change" as opposed to a diet that's difficult to stick to.
I also have a new found dairy allergy (boooo ), and I see dairy is very popular for those living a Keto lifestyle.
Anyone have any advice on that?
Also, I would love to build a support network, so please please feel free to add me!

I can't help you with dairy, but I've been doing Keto for 5 months. Add me if you like. I can give you links to the Keto groups on here too. Though since they've messed the format around recently, it will take me a min.0

Here we go. For the new Keto peeps:

Undoubtedly you will find someone on here who has dairy issues as well. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.0 -
My advice is give it a go. As a starter, download the 30 day meal plan from ruled.me and prepare to do a big shopping trip for the groceries in week 1.
I would say though that the first full week and early second week were pretty harrowing. Keto flu and a down/tired mental state - but push through it by drinking a shed load of water with electrolytes added. I recommend elete.0 -
Awesome, thanks everyone!0
